How do I set up custom alarms?
To set up a custom alarm, click on the Alarms widget at the bottom of the screen and then click the + icon on the top right of the screen. This will open a whole section to create custom alarms. These can be set to trigger when there are changes in social sentiment, news sentiment, or overall sentiment for the past 7 days or 30 days. The limits of these changes can be set in the options menu.
What happens when I receive an alert?
Once the conditions from the alarms you have created are met, you will receive a push notification from our mobile app. Note that you will only get these notifications if you have granted permission to the app on your phone. Also, all the conditions you established must be met to trigger an alarm, so be careful with the conditions you decide to set for your alarms!
