How can I get access to the premium terminal?
To become a premium terminal user you just need to go to your account settings and click on “Become Premium”. You will be redirected to a payment portal and then you need to provide your payment information. Once the payment is confirmed you will have access to our premium features!
Keep in mind that you won’t be redirected to a different website as the payment window will simply pop up. If you experience any issues during this process please contact us via email or through our chat

How do I cancel my premium subscription?
To cancel your premium subscription, simply open the settings section and click “Cancel Subscription”. All future charges will be canceled at that point. Is it safe to make payments on the CryptoMood terminal?
Yes. We use a secure, trusted portal called Paddle payments so all of your payments are safe.
What payment methods does the CryptoMood terminal accept?
We accept the payment methods supported by Paddle, which are credit card and debit card.
How many devices can I connect to my terminal account?
You can connect up to 3 devices to a single terminal account and these can be used simultaneously. You can see your list of connected devices in your account settings under “connected devices”. You can add or remove devices using that setting.
